SMART Targets - A mix of College and Work Targets
1 - Complete CCNA Semester 1 by the end of November (if I can get Dom to sort out the final exam stuff)
2 - Complete all XP SP2 upgrades for Manchester and Wakefield offices before the 16th Nov (support for SP1 ended October 10th, but some laptop users rarely visit the office so can't be upgraded by SMS)
3 - Complete the main PPD assignment by Christmas
4 - Produce a checklist of Laptop Hardware requirements (especially Windows Vista Compatibility) for visit to Toshiba on December 5th
5 - Finish FdSc and BSc within 6 years :)

Again, this indicates engagement with the task - you'll analyse your performance against these when you do your presentation in January but could revisit them and see if there's been any progress at this stage? If there has (and I'm sure there will have been) you may want to add a couple more to keep yourself challenged.

Your targets are certainly SMART and definitely likely to be achieved. CCNA feedback is very positive and you seem to be making impressive progress there.
Check back on your targets over the next few weeks and make sure that you have achieved the initial targets you've set - then set yourself some more!
