Job Description.

Guess this section would be easier if I actually had a Job Description for my Role.

I hope whoever is reading/marking understands what I mean when I say that the role is based on a typical 3rd line role, involving escalation of IT faults on servers and desktops, plus development and delivery of new processes, infrastructure and technology.

I'd say most every part of my work has come under that description, with the exception of assisting in Training sessions as a technical expert, who can be called on for extra detailed answers.

1. Resolution of problem calls
2. Maintenance and patching of servers
3. Production of Gold Build images
4. Assessment of new PC's
5. Writing batch processing scripts
